You have to be fearless and focused to do something that’s never been done before, but you can’t be inflexible. We work hard, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Inspiration needs room to breathe. So we see it as a win-win to create an environment that elevates joy, laughter, and encourages a work-life that works for everyone.
Though we have four U.S. offices in New York City, Boston, Houston, and Salt Lake City and international teams in more than 10 countries, our hundreds of Thrashers are currently spread all over the world as we work through the global pandemic.
At Thrasio, we want everyone to feel they can be themselves and thrive at work — in everything we do. We are committed to nurturing a culture where everyone has a voice and where our everyday actions are built on a foundation of respect and appreciation for diversity in all its forms.
Giving back is core to Thrasio’s identity. We donate time, items, and give monetary support to a variety of organizations we believe in.
